Monday, October 20, 1930 Clear and quite cold today. Took the Packard car up to "Jimmie" on Winthrop Ave. to be looked over and a few outs corrected. Had lunch in Whitlocks Book Store new lunch counter. Had dinner tonight at the Graduate's Club, being a meeting of the Executive Board of the Boys Scouts.
