Thursday, September 25, 1930 T.P.H. took me into town then later left for New London to have Dr. "Bob" Chandler work on her teeth. I expect she'll be back Saturday. Mr. Ross of the Huron Milling Co. called and I went to lunch with him at the Hotel Taft. Floyd Newton, president of the New Haven Rotary Club called for me at 4:15 and took Walter Spencer, Phil Browning, Judge Isbell, and myself up to Greenfield, Mass. to the charter night of the Greenfield Rotary Club. Jim Thwing presented the framed "Six Objects" and I presented the charter.
