Wednesday, April 29, 1931 Cold and showery. Luncheon at the Graduates Club. Meeting of the Spring Conference Committee of New Haven Rotary Club. Attended funeral of Mrs. Dr. Sage (Marian Adams' sister) at Beecher, Bennett, and Lincoln. She had been ill for a long time. Tessie called for me tonight and we came home to dinner. We then drove in to Woolsey Hall to hear the concert of the Women's Choral Club assisted by the Yale University Glee Club. It was a fine concert. We brought Helen Beckley Lambert home with us.
