Thursday, August 13, 1931 Sarah still waiting for her call to the hospital and motherhood. She feels so well that she says "I don't believe I am going to have a baby at all" but looks belie her words. I went down down this noon and did some errands. Then had luncheon at the Quinnipiac Club, the first time I had been there for about a month. After lunch, I called at Coomb's, the florists. Bought some roses there and walked over to the New Haven hospital and called on Marian Thomas Tiffany and her very new baby boy, "Richard Thomas". She look lovely and is getting along very nicely. Home to dinner tonight. Mrs. Knapp and Betty Beebe Cobb had dinner with us then I went over to the Spring Glen Club to a board meeting that lasted till 12-15. Tessie was most anxious about what had happened to me. [Prev](1931_08_12.md) - [Next](1931_08_14.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1muFg-DuVAh0eO7x5YmYN7xidr7GYwcA9">
