Monday, December 7, 1931 Very cold and snow squally. Heavy storm raging in Northern New England. Dinner at the Graduates Club with Executive Committee of Boy Scout Council. Meeting followed then I went over to the Mason Laboratory to speak to the group of Scout Masters who had been taking a ten weeks course. I presented to them their certificates. We had a letter from Sally. They are so anxious to have us come out on Christmas. We do so hope we can go.
