Monday, December 14, 1931 Rained nearly all day. High wind came up tonight and turned cold. Busy all day on Wall Paper records. We are busy making our new sample books. Tessie went in town with me this morning. She had an eight-thirty dentist appointment. Spent the balance of the morning shopping. She had lunch with Maud Smith. She called for me at six o'clock and we came home and had dinner here. Mrs. Russel from across the street brought over our envelopes for our Christmas cards and I started right in addressing them. Tessie meantime is wrapping up gifts for the children. Sarah called us up on the phone from St. Paul, Minnesota. She is so pleased to have us come out for Christmas.
