Friday, February 27, 1931 Another lovely day, colder tonight. Tessie took me in to the office then drove to Springfield, Mass. and brought Sarah home from the Newell's. She took Aletha Knapp Stone up with her. Sarah had a slight cold so thought she had better come home and mighty glad we were to have her at home again. It is her first visit home since last September. We all had dinner at home then I drove back into the office to make out some checks for bills that should be paid.
