Monday, January 19, 1931 We woke up to a white world and snow still falling. This soon turned to rain and so there is water water everywhere. Had lunch Bill Hall of New Britain at Pat Rings. Tonight, I presided at the annual meeting of the Southern New Haven Council Boys Scouts, held at the Hotel Taft. I was reelected president for the third year.
