Saturday, January 31, 1931 A white world this morning. It had snowed hard all night. I had Tessie rest this morning as she is not feeling any too good. I caught the 7-30 trolly in to town. Had breakfast at Longley's. Worked till 5-30 on Wall Paper Book lists. Came home on the trolly. Eleanor Peck here with us. We all had dinner together and spent the evening at home writing and reading. It has turned very cold.
