Peter arrive at "Glendean" at 3 o'clock this morning, having left Stockbridge, Mass. at midnight last night after the show at the "Berkshire Playhouse". He went to bed here and slept late, had breakfast, did some errands in town, then took Sarah back to Stockbridge. I attended Rotary at Hotel Taft. Also attended a committee of the Membership Committee at Don Adam's office at 5 P.M. Harley is about sick. His stomach has been knocked out for several days. Lois is ill too, swollen joints, etc. Had the fenders of the Packard repaired today. Banged into a rock up in Stockbridge on Sunday. It has been rainy and muggy all day. Humidity very high.
