Clear and cool again today. Sarah and Peter drove up to Stockbridge, Mass. to look up a place to live this Summer. They came home late tonight. I came home on the trolly car. I planted forty "Glad" bulbs while Mother was getting supper. After supper, I went up to the Spring Glen Club to a board meeting. President Carl Blanchard presided for the first time. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chamberlain of 81 Norton st. called to see us this evening. Rev. Sankey Lee Blanton and Mrs. Blanton arrived in town tonight to begin his pastorate at Calvary Baptist Church. The house at 134 West Rock is not ready for them so they will be at the Hotel Duncan for a few days.
