Wednesday, March 4, 1931 Very wet snow has fallen all day long. Tessie and Sarah drove down to Norwalk to spend the day and evening with Alice Drew Lockwood. Mr. Davies of the George D. Wetherill + Co. with Harley came out and looked at the paint that is badly peeling on the outside of the house. I had supper at Calvary Church. Dr. Roberts of the American Baptist Missionary Society spoke to a large group of men on "India". He also spoke at the prayer meeting that followed. I came out on the trolly car.
