Sunday, March 29, 1931 Poured rain all night and up to early afternoon. We got up early and Tessie took me in to Calvary Church to Sunday School. She went on later to St. Paul's Church. It was their Confirmation Service and Bishop Atcheson was there. I attended church service at Calvary. Rev. Mr. Gordon of Boston preached. Tessie called for me and we went up to the Prattonia to dinner then called on Grant and Helen Noble. Found Larry Noble there. He had a son born yesterday. He was having dinner with Grant. I took him over to the hospital. Tonight, Tessie and I went down to St. Paul's Church to see "Sister Beatrice" played. It is a lovely thing.
