Monday, May 18, 1931 A beautiful day all day. Warm and sunny. Went in to the office and took care of my mail. Then left with Mr. Chamberlain to spend the day visiting the trade. we went up to Meriden then over the hills to Farmington then to Avon and stopped and called on Mrs. Buckingham at the house she is rebuilding. We then went on to Sinsbury, Conn. and visited the Westminster School there. Contacted the purchasing agent who purchases the paint supplies. We then drove up to East Granby and called on the Granby Supply Co. Drove home, had dinner here. Painted the electric range to match the new paint in the kitchen. Went up to the Spring Glen Club to the annual meeting. Carl Blanchard was elected president. Bill Steward v. president. Mr. Farrell treasurer. And Foley secretary. I remain on the board for another year. [Prev](1931_05_17.md) - [Next](1931_05_19.md) <img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/d/1QUsoW7tYWouPdR6OPcZ9o2SYZpQBfn4W">
