Friday, November 13, 1931 Very warm again today. One scarcely needed a top coat. Home to dinner tonight then Tess and I dressed and drove in to Mrs. Charles B. Morris on Prospect St. for a song recital by a Mr. Hargraves from England. He had a marvelous baritone voice. The Community Chest total this noon, the third day of the drive, amounted to $565,000 toward the goal of $838,074 to be raised by next Thursday.
