Monday, November 16, 1931 Cloudy and showery. Took the Packard in to the store garage this morning. had George Hyde put new shoes on the rear and put the old rear tires on front. The tires he took on the front wheel had traveled forty thousand miles. Went down town this noon. Got tickets at the Shubert for Saturday night to see Otis Skinner and Maud Adams play "Merchant of Venice". Had lunch at the Waldorf Lunch. Worked on our Wall Paper line for 1932. Put the No. 3 Tag Book together today. Down to Calvary Church to supper and to a board meeting. Howard Palmer, chairman. Took Ruby Weed, Lillie Peck, Mrs. Thompson, and Tom Richardson home.
