Thermometer 73°. Another very warm day after a misty morning. I drove in early to Calvary Church School. We held our Thanksgiving Service presenting baskets of fruit for the sick and needy. Mr. Blanton preached a fine sermon on thankfulness at the morning service. I drove down to St. Paul's Church and got T.P.H. She had Ruth Chandler with her and we all three went to the Quinnipiac Club to dinner. The ladies dining room is very lovely. We came home and I dug up the balance of our dahlia bulbs and brought them into the house. This is the latest they have ever been out. last year I brought them on November 2nd. I took off the screen doors and put them down cellar.
