Monday, November 23, 1931 Very warm again today. Thermometer up to around 70°. Many people went in bathing yesterday in several Eastern cities Boston, Rochester, N.Y., New Haven, etc. Had lunch today at Yale Commons with Mr. Nyman of Yale School of Human Relations. We were planning a program for our mens class at Calvary Church. Dinner tonight at Hotel Taft. Fall meeting of New Haven Paint and Oil Club. I went from there with Jack Legg to the New Haven Lawn Club to a smoker of the University Glee Club of New Haven.
