At the Congress Hotel, Chicago, Ill. attending the eleventh annual meeting of the National Wall Paper Wholesalers Ass'n. Had breakfast with Mr. White of the C.C. Aler Co. of Cincinnati and Mr. Baudry of the Baudry W.P. Co. of Cahoes, N.Y. Morning session at which I presented several resolutions as chairman of the resolutions committee. We all had luncheon together and continued our sessions through the afternoon to adjournment. Today, we voted unanimously to mark our 1932 Wall Paper Sample Books in plain prices and arrange the discounts at 33 1/3% to the P.H. Tonight, I had Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wilby and Margie here at dinner. Then they took me to the movies to see Eddie Cantor. Good show. They brought me back to the hotel in their car.
