Another beautiful Fall day. Thermometer down to 32° this morning. Harley and I went down to the Mechanics Bank this morning and had a talk with Frank Frisbue regarding his suggestion of giving them a second mortgage on our building. We held a conference this afternoon at our store of the Wall Paper Dealers of New Haven regarding the new plan of marking our Wall Paper Sample Books. We afterwards went down to Herman Wahlers store and called on him on the same errand. Tessie called for me tonight and we went out to L.L. Gilberts Pic Kitchen, corner of Whitney Ave. and Skiff Streets and brought a peankin pie for dinner. I packed and shipped Sarah's pictures to St. Paul's today. Hope they reach there safely.
