Friday, September 4, 1931 Cool and showery. Went over to the hospital to see Sarah. She is still getting along nicely. Peter the Great was there when I arrived and later Mother and Alice Drew came. Allie was so pleased to find Sarah so well. I had lunch at the Quinnipiac Club. Worked all afternoon on selections for our No. 3 Book. Mr. Gibson of Becker, Smith, & Page called this afternoon and I had dinner with him at the Taft. Later went to the Paramount to the movies.
