Tuesday, September 15, 1931 Again hot, sticky, muggy, and generally disagreeable. Attended Rotary meeting of New Haven club. Found an eight year 100% attendance button on my Rotary badge. Arthur Nabstedt spoke on his trip to Vienna in June to the 22nd International Convention. I spoke of the Fall Conclave to be held at Swampscott October 1-2-3 1931. Tessie called for me at six o'clock and we came home and had dinner here. I then drove back in town and worked on the top floor on Wall Paper orders. It was awfully hot. Sarah sat up for a little while today. She is gaining nicely. Miss Barritt was out tonight so "Grandma" had the great honor of giving our grandson his eleven o'clock bottle and fix him up for the night.
