Clear and cool all day long. I picked a big bunch of dahlias and took in to the store. They were lovely. Arranged and put together our No. 1 and No. 2 tag books for the 1932 wall paper line today. Will do no pricing until after the Chicago meeting. We hope to put over the 33 1/3% discount marking. Came home to dinner tonight then took Tessie and drove up to Meriden to get some Wall Paper from the H.M. Chittenden Co. and to see Joe Lacourciere regarding a Master Painters Society meeting. Sarah and baby Peter had many visitors and many gifts. Mrs. Chamberlain called also Aunt Ruby Beers and Janet and Betsy Esther Taile came and brought a pewter porringer.
