Tuesday, January 5, 1932 Clear and mild all day. Rain tonight. I received a long letter form Tessie at St. Paul. She says they are well, especially little Peter Hodges Barker. Attended Rotary luncheon at Hotel Taft. Nice to be back with the fellows again. Had my supper at Longley's then went back to the store and worked on Wall Paper records till quite late then came home. Read a while, took a bath, and went to bed.
