Friday, February 5, 1932 We got up this morning to see a white world. The heavy snow had stopped falling but every tree and twig was arrayed in a blanket of snow. It was a beautiful sight to see. We did not take the car out so I went in on the trolly car. This is the first real snow storm of the Winter. Tessie called for me tonight and we had dinner at home then I drove over to the corner of Newhall Street and Division to a Boys Scouts meeting of Troop 40. They have fixed up an old shed belonging to the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. as a Troop Headquarters. Young people coasting on the Division Street hill tonight. Real Winter now.
