Saturday, February 27, 1932 Much warmer today. I went up to see Mrs. Wood after lunch. Found her much better. Her hearing is coming back after a head abscess caused by influenza. She has been sick three and a half weeks. I worked till six o'clock then came home on the trolly car. We had dinner at home and spent the evening here.
