Sunday, April 3, 1932 A beautiful day. Much warmer this morning and quite warm around noon. We had breakfast and I went in town on the nine o'clock trolly car. Taught my mens class at Calvary Church School. Also spoke at the worship period about the budget for next year. Attended Communion Service at the eleven o'clock service. Tessie called for me after her service at St. Paul's Church and we went up to Ed and Alice Cole's apartment for dinner. We enjoyed it very much. Alice had a nice dinner. We came home. Tessie made a cake and I took it up to the Spring Glen Club for their supper tea.
