Tuesday, April 5, 1932 A lovely day. Still quite cool. Attended luncheon of New Haven Rotary Club at Hotel Taft. Walked down to Harty Press on the corner of Court and Artizan Sts. to leave some printing for the New Haven Grays. Then walked down Grand Avenue to the store of E.M. Walsh Co. to call on them in the interest of Wall Paper. Walked back to York Street. At 5-15, attended a meeting of the membership committee of New Haven Rotary Club in Don Adams' office. From there, I went over to the new Quinnipiack Club on Church Street to the 22nd Annual dinner of the New Haven Paint and Oil Club. We had a most excellent dinner. An election of officers took place and I was again elected secretary and treasurer for the twenty second time. I walked up to the Yale Theatre and called for Tessie. Drama Groups Contest.
