Very cold this morning. Down to frost in some parts of Connecticut. Tessie took me in town. I helped out down stairs in the Paint Department and happy to say we were quite busy. Had lunch in Longley's. Went down to Calvary Church to Beans Supper, the last one of the Spring. We held a finance committee meeting to arrange our figures for the annual meeting on Wednesday next. Went back to the office and made out some checks. Then came home.
