Big drop in temperature this morning. Our furnace fire, which have kept, feels good. I took the Packard in this morning and loaned it to Burt Hevrin to use at the funeral of a member of his family. Had supper at Calvary Church tonight then attended the annual meeting and presented the report of the nominating committee. Went from there to the Armory on Goffe Street to the New Haven Grays Grannis Medal Drill. Ray Sheppard won the Grannis Medal. Buddy Howard the Grabb Medal. And Bill Dugan the Colonial Guards Medal. First Class Private Harold Geer was awarded the new Joseph Chatterton Medal.
