Quite cool all day long. Furnace fire still burning. In to the store at 7-30 to help out on the floor downstairs. Murphy's day off. We are working our people five days a week on account of the depression. Tessie called for me tonight and we had dinner at home. Frank and Maude Smith called and brought us some bulbs. I worked down cellar painting our dahlia sticks. Nothing new regarding the capturing of the slayers of the Lindbergh baby. Police are working on many clues.
