Thursday, May 26, 1932 Thermometer went to 81° yesterday. It has been fully as hot today (83°), if not hotter. Violette came up today to see Little Peter. She thought he was lovely. Alice, Lois, Mother Smith, and Baby Jane came this afternoon and they all had a good visit. Sarah and Peter have gone up on the Kings Highway to dinner with Carol Maurer. Attended a meeting of the finance committee of the Boy Scouts at five o'clock. Came home on the trolly car. Had dinner at home.
