Tuesday, May 31, 1932 Another fine day. Quite cool. Tessie took me into the store in the Packard. Sally was up with Little Peter before I left and I lit a fire in the Dining Room fire place for him. I went down town this morning, took the film to be developed. Also paid our telephone bill. Attended New Haven Rotary Club luncheon at Taft. Dick Dodge was there. We both sat at the head table with President Edgar Heermance. Went down town again at five o'clock and got the developed prints of Peter. They are so good of him. I am so proud. Had supper in town then went down to Calvary Church to a finance committee meeting at 7 o'clock and a board meeting at 7-30. Howard S. Palmer was elected moderator and I, vice moderator. Harry Weed brought me out home. Tessie and Sally went in town and had their hair done.
