Wednesday, June 15, 1932 Rained this morning but cleared off nicely. Mr. Chamberlain and I drove up to Meriden to Shermann's Grove to the outing of the Master Painters association of Connecticut. They served the dinner out of doors at about four thirty, afterwards which we came along home. Tessie, Sally, and Peter with Little Peter drove over to Chester, Conn. to take Peggy home. She had been staying with Little Peter while Sally was up in Vermont. I planted a lot of Petunia plants that Harley gave me.
