Very hot again today but the air is clearer. Tessie, Sarah, and little Peter all slept late this morning. They were all tired out after being down to East River yesterday to Betsy Stone's third birthday party. I had my breakfast at Longley's, my lunch at the Broadway Diner. Mr. Chamberlain and I busy selecting our new Wall Paper line. Tessie and Sarah took little Peter to Dr. Linde's for a look over. He found him in fine trim and weighed 23 lbs 14 oz. They called for me and we came home and had dinner. I spent the evening addressing post cards inviting the Veteran Grays to visit the Actives at Camp Cross Niantic next week "Friday Night".
