Much cooler today. The sun has been hot but the humidity is gone. I let Tessie sleep this morning and I went in on the trolly. Had breakfast in Longley's. Went down to Dr. Camp's at nine o'clock and he filled a tooth. From there, I went to the barber shop and got a hair cut and a shave (all the operations at once). Tessie, Sarah, and little Peter called for me tonight at six o'clock. Little fellow does not feel too good tonight. His long ride and the heat of yesterday upset him a bit. We had dinner here then I went up to the Spring Glen Club to meeting of the men to decide to put on a carnival in September. Mr. Walcott of New York, who makes our Wallpaper book covers, came to see us today.
