Tuesday, August 23, 1932 A very warm day but good clear air. Back to the store today. A.W. Gibson of the Becker, Smith, and Page Co. with us today going over their new Wall Paper line. I had lunch with him at the Hotel Taft. I did not attend New Have Rotary Club meeting today. My attendance at Branford last night will count. Aunt Belle came today to spend the day and night and to see Sarah and little Peter. Tessie called for me tonight at six and we all had dinner at home. Aunt Belle, Sally, Mother, little Peter, and me.
