Tuesday, August 30, 1932 New Haven Rotary Club held their weekly luncheon at Wilcox's Savin Rock. Harley and I had as our guests Ralph Fox and Bert Hodges. Lillian and Lota Fox had lunch with Alice and Lois at their home. Bert Hodges went down to Bridgeport and had dinner with Auntie "B". Ruth Chandler and a Mr. Clark had dinner with us. They are leaving in the morning for Frieburg, Maine to see the eclipse of the sun. Tessie and I drove over to Violette's tonight to see Lillian, Lota Fox, and Ralph. They will stop with Violette tonight.
