We all slept this morning then Sally brought little Peter down in to our room and we had a visit till breakfast time. He had a fine ride in his "Taylor Tot" kiddie car, which we bought for him yesterday for his first birthday. He is so happy with it and learned at once how to manipulate it. Auntie Violette had invited Sarah to dinner today, as this was Richmond's and Sally's day at home so little Peter and I took her over in the Packard. Mother and I had dinner here and gave baby Peter his dinner. I fed him quite a bit of it. We went back to Auntie Violette's to get Sarah and stayed for a little visit with them. Lota played the piano and Peter was so thrilled. Tessie, Sarah, and I had a picnic supper tonight in the kitchen.
