Friday, October 21, 1932 It cleared off beautifully today after the severe storm of the past few days. The bright sunshine was most welcome. Back to the office this morning and at work at my desk. Tessie called for Violette and Clayton then stopped at the store for me. Then we all drove out to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Blanton where we had dinner and a very pleasant visit. Mr. Binkley, our assistant minister, were there also. We brought him in town and left him at the new divinity school building on Prospect Street, just opened. We then took Violette and Clayton on home. We had a letter today from Sarah at St. Paul's. It was most optimistic regarding their work at the Playhouse. Peter and Sarah and baby Peter were all well.
