No. Clear and Spring like day today. Tessie and I slept till 8-30 then got up and had breakfast. I wrote to Sarah at St. Paul also to Bill Root and to Paul Kieser thanking them for their Christmas messages. We had dinner at home and later got ready to go down to Harley's but could not start the Packard. Valve had stuck. We called up Violette and they called for us and we drove over to Richmond's. Clayton took Sally Curtiss and I wrote with Rich in the truck. We had a nice time down at Harley's but we all missed Mrs. Smith, but no one would refer to it. We came home and listened to Christmas carols again and so to bed.
