Very mild today. Cloudy tonight. Busy at the store all day working out our budget with Buckingham, changing our files, and started assembling our Wall Paper Sample Books. We put Mr. Hyde, George Olson, and Ed Davies, and three other men. We are paying them twenty five cents an hour, the same as we paid girls last year. We feel that men need it the most during this depression. Tessie and I worked on our budget for the year ahead. It is cut so close that it is a hard job to balance it.
